We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at a hotel in downtown Lisbon. We were concerned about staying in this area, but it turned out to be the perfect location for our needs. The room we were assigned, which I believe was meant for families, was actually quite spacious and very clean. We felt secure and comfortable during our stay. The amenities provided were exactly what we would expect from a high-end hotel in the US. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, which was a relief for us. our experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. It was also great that the hotel was not located in a crowded or noisy part of the city.
The food was of poor quality and the staff, especially the older gentleman who took the orders, were very rude. When we complained about the food, our concerns were virtually ignored.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and just a short walk away from the metro station, making it easy to travel around the city. The rooms are spacious and have large bathrooms. The service is friendly and the breakfast is sumptuous. The hotel also offers a nice view of the city from the 7th floor.
There have been instances where the front desk was understaffed, affecting the level of service provided to guests.
